Our stay started off poorly with a bug in the room and a lengthy wait at check-in. While the rooms felt spacious and had a nice layout, the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially with the presence of pests. The service was inconsistent; I had to deal with repeated hold times when trying to get information about the shuttle. The airport shuttle was delayed significantly, which added to our frustration. There were redeeming moments, such as the comfortable beds, but overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the hotel brand.

My stay at the Springhill Suites was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The hotel boasts spacious and comfortable rooms, which I appreciated, but the breakfast options were limited and some amenities, like the pool, were unavailable.
